Meet the Librarians

Shara Berghuis

I am privileged to hold the position of Library Director at the Wray Public Library and recently celebrIMG_8614ated my 23nd Anniversary as a Library Lady.

I became a Library Lady because I love a box of new books!  I love being part of the Wray Community and coming to a place I enjoy working at every day and serving the patrons.

If I could, I would work on genealogy all the time and learn the stories of my patrons and of the past.
Personally I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, movies and pizza.
You can always reach me by email.

Rachel Southards

I am the Children’s Librarian and the “go to" lady for the school teachers providing in- class materials available froIMG_8610m the library.

I create the Storytime program using story books, crafts and fun, and am rewarded with weekly giggles from 3 to 5 year olds.

I love coffee, crafts, cooking, reading, hunting, animals and my family.

As far as reading, give me a good mystery, children’s books, or historical fiction.

Please feel free to email me for a reading recommendation.

Barb White

Barb joined our Library Family in 2011.

If you can’t find that book you need at the Wray Public Library, she’s the one to ask about borrowing from another library. Barb will also get you set up for an Overdrive account to get you set up to borrow items for your iPad or other device.

Call or stop in to ask how to Interlibrary loan an item or set up an Overdrive account.

If you have questions about Overdrive or an Interlibrary loan send me an email.

Rylee HarmsenIMG_1736

I am the teen librarian at the Wray Public Library this year! I started June 2020 and took on tasks helping with the Summer Reading Program, and now help part time after school.

You can come to me for help finding a book, recommendations on what to read, or anything else you may need.  I love meeting new people and helping others enjoy a good book!

I love ice-cream, nature, spending time with family, reading and writing! I personally love reading a good mystery with some comedic relief.

Call the Wray Public Library if you have any questions for me.
